We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our Service at any time without notice.

5. Listings and Transactions
Listing Responsibility
Sellers are solely responsible for the accuracy of their listings, including vehicle descriptions, pricing, and availability. We do not verify the accuracy of listings and are not responsible for any disputes between buyers and sellers.
Transaction Facilitation
Teleia Cyprus serves as a platform to connect buyers and sellers but is not a party to any transactions. All sales, purchases, and other transactions are solely between users. We do not guarantee the completion of any transaction.
Fees and Payments
We may charge fees for certain services, including premium listings or featured placements. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to change our fee structure with notice.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Teleia Cyprus Ltd. and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of content you post, but grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content in connection with the Service.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Cyprus, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Nicosia, Cyprus.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
